School Policies
REGISTRATION AND TUITION POLICIES
Students should register two weeks prior to first class session to reserve a
seat. Registration can be accomplished by mail or in person at the school office
weekdays between 9AM and 1PM. The Greater Philadelphia Realty Board School
accepts cash, checks, money orders, and Visa and MasterCard. All
tuitions are payable upon enrollment, except authorized installment payments.

NON-SOLICITATION POLICY
Students are NOT PERMITTED to distribute recruitment literature on behalf of
their employing broker nor solicit prospective salespersons for their real estate
offices. The school does not guarantee employment, nor
offer placement services.
REFUND POLICY
Students who wish to cancel prior to the beginning of school, must do so
in writing no later than one week prior to the first day of school for which the
student has pre-registered. Prepaid tuition will be refunded less a $75
cancellation fee.
